Glazed Pork Chops with Asparagus

2 Thick boneless pork chop

1/8 bar butter

1 Tbsp. Oyster Sauce

2 Tbsp. Brown sugar

1 Tsp. Cayenne Powder

Salt & pepper to taste

4 spears of asparagus, blanched


  1.   In a bowl marinate pork chop with oyster sauce, brown sugar and cayenne powder.
  2. Meanwhile, pre-heat wok or skillet, stir fry in butter and mix the marinated pork chop, season with salt and pepper.
  3. Serve with blanched asparagus spears
