Glazed Pork Chops with Asparagus

Ingredients
2 Thick boneless pork chop
1/8 bar butter
1 Tbsp. Oyster Sauce
2 Tbsp. Brown sugar
1 Tsp. Cayenne Powder
Salt & pepper to taste
4 spears of asparagus, blanched
- In a bowl marinate pork chop with oyster sauce, brown sugar and cayenne powder.
- Meanwhile, pre-heat wok or skillet, stir fry in butter and mix the marinated pork chop, season with salt and pepper.
- Serve with blanched asparagus spears
