Chicken Chunks with Crispy

We bring you Chicken Chunks with Crispy Basil in dark sauce to satisfy your tastebuds and cravings. Happy cooking!

Ingredients:
1 lb chicken breast cut into big chunks
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 pack sweet basil
2 Tbsp. dark sauce
1 Tbsp. fish sauce
1/4 cup minced garlic
2-3 pcs. red chili pepper
Salt & pepper to taste

Procedure:
1. In a bowl cut chicken breasts into big chunks.
2. Marinate chicken with dark soy sauce, fish sauce with season to taste.
3. In a shallow pan, pan fry and saute garlic with marinated chicken until smooth and tender.
4. Garnish with crispy sweet basil.
