Green pork curry fillet

A curry dish is flavorful and savory. It may seem complicated to cook, but this Green Pork Curry Fillet is worth the effort.



500 g. pork fillet cut into 2 cm.

100 g. green curry paste

1 tbsp. olive oil

1 tbsp. fish sauce

2 40 g. coconut cream

1 can coconut milk

¼ cup chopped coriander leaves

1 stalk lemon grass chopped

1 tbsp. fresh lime juice


  1. Heat the oil in a wok high heat. Add the pork and stir fry for 2 minutes or until browned. Add chopped lemon grass, coriander leaves.
  1. Mix with curry paste, coconut milk, coconut cream until well blended.
  1.  Add in fish sauce and fresh lime juice and stir to combine.
  1. Divide the curry among serving bowls sprinkle with coriander and serve with steamed.
