Green Pork Curry Fillet
A curry dish is flavorful and savory. It may seem complicated to cook, but this Green Pork Curry Fillet is worth the effort.
500 g. pork fillet cut into 2 cm.
100 g. green curry paste
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. fish sauce
2 40 g. coconut cream
1 can coconut milk
¼ cup chopped coriander leaves
1 stalk lemon grass chopped
1 tbsp. fresh lime juice
- Heat the oil in a wok high heat. Add the pork and stir fry for 2 minutes or until browned. Add chopped lemon grass, coriander leaves.
- Mix with curry paste, coconut milk, coconut cream until well blended.
- Add in fish sauce and fresh lime juice and stir to combine.
- Divide the curry among serving bowls sprinkle with coriander and serve with steamed.
