Stir Fried Oyster Mushroom with Crab Fillet

With the holidays just around the corner, you might be in the mood to try a new dish. We suggest you try whipping up this tasty, and savory Stir Fried Oyster
Mushroom with Crab Fillet.

 
Ingredients:

2 cups oyster mushroom, cut into halves
½ cup seafood stock
1 clove garlic, finely sliced
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
1 pack crab fillet
¼ cup chopped parsley
¼ cup white wine
Salt & pepper to taste
Procedure:
1. Heat olive oil in a large saute pan. Saute garlic with onion stir fry oyster mushroom with crab fillet.

2. Add seafood stock and season to taste.

3. Pour in white wine until well blended. Cook for 1 minute.

4. Serve hot and garnish with chopped parsley.
