PRRD visits Jollibee branch in HK

Pres. Rodrigo Duterte made an unannounced visit to a Jolibee outlet in Hong Kong before proceeding to Kai Tak Cruise Terminal to meet with members of the Filipino community.

Special Assistant to the President Bong Go accompanied Mr. Duterte together with Davao Mayor Sara Duterte, Honeylet Avancena and Veronica Duterte at the Jollibee branch in Whampoa, Hung Hom.

Mr. Duterte also invited Mrs. Alma O. Pardillo, an overseas Filipino worker in Hong Kong, to join them.

He commited to provide medical assistance to her 9-year old child diagnosed with a serious lung ailment.

The President will also shoulder the roundtrip airfare of Mrs. Pardillo so she can go home to attend the college graduation of her child and to be with her children whom she had not seen for a long time already.
