The Centre for Health Protection reported two new Covid-19 cases on Wednesday—both imported—pushing Hong Kong’s coronavirus tally to 12,132.

A Health Department officer said both carried the L452R mutant strain commonly present in the Delta variant spreading globally.

The two cases, who arrived from South Korea and Serbia, were fully vaccinated against Covid-19 overseas.
