Two Pinoy positive among four imported cases in HK

An 85-year-old male and a 29-year-old female from the Philippines tested positive for Covid-19 out of four imported cases reported on Monday by the Centre for Health Protection.
The Filipino male arrived in Hong Kong via CX906 flight, an asymptomatic, last Sept. 26. He is still under investigation if infected with variant L452R, he was found with no mutant variant, N501Y. He received one dose of Janssen vaccine on July 26 in the Philippines. He is staying at his quarantine hotel at Regal Oriental when tested positive with the virus.

The Filipino female, is a domestic worker who arrived on Sept. 30 via 5J272 flight. She received two doses of BioNTech vaccine on April 6 and 30 in Hong Kong. She was staying at Ramada Grand at Tsim Sha Tsui when found positive with Covid.
A total of 66 cases have been reported in the past 14 days (Sept. 20 to Oct. 3) and all of them are imported cases.
