A Filipino domestic worker found dead inside her employer’s residence in Sai Kung

A 77-year-old male employer surnamed Yik, called the police today, 23 June, at about 10:00 o’clock this morning to inform them that his domestic helper was found unconscious inside her room at Sea View Villa, Sai Kung.
The police and paramedics arrived and checked the 48-year-old Filipino domestic worker. Police later pronounced that the Filipino domestic worker was dead on the scene.
In the initial investigation, the police found nothing suspicious and the case was classified as “dead body found”.
In another case, a 43-year-old male employer surnamed Cheung, called the police this morning to inform them that his 22-year-old female domestic worker collapsed at his residence at Rhythm Garden, Wong Tai Sin.
The employer said that earlier, his domestic employer told him that she got headaches, neck pain, and nose bleed. Then he left his place, returned home at about 9:00 am, and found the domestic worker collapsed and unconscious, and called the police.
The ambulance arrived and the domestic worker was sent to Queen Elizabeth Hospital.
At the hospital the domestic worker regained consciousness and the case was classified as “a person collapsed”.
Police did not identify the nationality of the 22-year-old domestic worker.
