NAIA District Customs Collector Edgar Macabeo said the shipment arrived and was consigned to a certain Cynthia San Diego and Nora Poblete of Mountain View Village, Marikina City.

The consignees will be facing charges of violations of Tariff and  Customs Code of the Philippines.
