Three more domestic workers from the Philippines test positive for the coronavirus in Hong Kong, health officials reported Thursday.

The females, two of which are aged 40 and one who is 31, arrived on Sept. 12 in separate flights. They all tested positive on the second sample, according to the Department of Health.

Two of them who boarded Cathay Pacific flight CX906 stayed under quarantine at the Dorsett Hotel in Wan Chai, and the Silka Seaview Hotel in Yau Ma Tei. Another who flew in via Philippine Airlines PR300 also went to the same hotel in Wan Chai for quarantine.

They are among the four imported cases tallied today. The other is a female, 32, who arrived from the United Kingdom.

The three local cases were aged 50, 44, and 52—all close contacts of previous infections.

This has been the fourth consecutive day that the city has recorded single-digit daily infections, after a seeming surge in imported cases on Sunday.

Hong Kong has recorded 5,057 cases of coronavirus infection so far.
