Hong Kong has recorded 21 new cases of coronavirus Thursday, in a seeming downtrend before social distancing measures are eased Friday.

Of the 21 new cases, three were imported. Four cases had untraceable sources of infection, Dr. Chuang Shuk-kwan from the Centre for Health Protection said.

The city has posted a total of 4,756 confirmed coronavirus cases so far.

The death of three patients with COVID-19 brought the city’s death toll to 81.
