A newly-arrived Filipina domestic worker is among the eight coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) cases recorded in Hong Kong today.

The Filipina, 27, flew in on Nov. 14 via Cathay Pacific Airlines flight CX906, a spokesperson for the Department of Health told Hong Kong News. She did not have any symptoms.

The Centre for Health Protection did not record any local cases today, and all but one of the eight imported infections were asymptomatic.

A 34-year-old female who arrived from Spain tested positive for COVID-19. She lives in Tseung Kwan O and she developed symptoms on Nov. 12.

The other asymptomatic cases hailed from Pakistan, the United States, Bangladesh, India, and Nepal.

With Monday’s confirmed infections, Hong Kong has recorded 5,467 COVID-19 cases to date.
